Helped define the work backlog and spur progress on a web-based sales application for their Asian market using JIRA and Confluence. Worked on a global team spanning Canada, US, Ireland, Poland, China and Japan, sometimes having to deal with communication and time zone challenges.

Created materials and delivered training on Microsoft PowerBI at multiple US locations to assist the client in mining and visualizing their data. Also created promotional videos to highlight the benefit of leveraging a visual BI solution.

Delivered SharePoint and WordPress training to content owners as part of their intranet/Internet site rollout. Also initiated the process of assisting with documenting their formalized governance plan.

Delivered custom M365 training in support of their migration to that cloud-based solution. Created and delivered custom Dynamics CRM training in a train-the-trainer format to support their new customer service intake process.

Prior to their new rollout of Microsoft Office 365, wrote and edited scripts, then recorded the videos in Camtasia to assist users in using the new cloud-based products within the bank.

Reformatted consultant and candidate resumes into the company profile template, adding body copy to give readers a sense of the individual and her/his accomplishments/skills. Created a template for one-page profiles for RFPs and produced consultant profiles in that format, again producing body copy to give a more personal sense of the individual.

Documented their newly created omni-channel architecture including developer tutorials and guidance. Also worked for the big data team to create developer docs corresponding to their Java code base.

Worked with their development team to create courseware and labs based on how to use their in-house development framework. Travelled to multiple countries to deliver training.

Trained school leadership teams across the five boroughs on how to use their No Child Left Behind web-based collaboration tool, and created videos and documentation in support.

Chosen as one of a small number of Windows 8 trainers to travel across the US to deliver one-day seminars to promote Windows 8 Microsoft Design Language (at the time Metro) application development. I attended multi-day training in Redmond on MDL building and design in advance of my delivery.

Chosen to be one of a handful of trainers to deliver three-day intensive developer training across the US on Microsoft's (at the time) new Azure platform. The supported platform technologies changed relatively quickly during those early years, so I often had to learn the new features quickly to be able to teach the attendees in the Microsoft scheduled engagements.
