In early 2012, the company I worked for decided to define mission and vision statements. After presenting us with the results, they held a contest to get the word out and acquire buy-in from the rank-and-file: What do Infusion's Mission and Vision statements mean to you? Employees, individually or in teams, could use whatever means necessary to submit their take on the new company credos. Some wrote programs, some created videos; I created a pop-up book, because of course I did.
I laid out the graphics in Photoshop and had them printed on photographic paper, then I glued them to heavy card stock. I then custom bound them in a book. And I stole the 3D glasses from my daughter.
I won the contest.
